Hey there, and welcome to Apple Support Communities, free2worship!
Adobe software you're using is not genuine. Oh, my goodness. Whatever will we do? I have an idea. Let's open the task manager. Make sure we're in the processes tab up here. And we're looking for this little fella right here Adobe Genuine Helper. Adobe has updated Photoshop CS3 to version 10.0.1 for both Macintosh and Windows. The Photoshop 10.0.1 update addresses a number of issues discovered after Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Photoshop CS3 Extended (10.0) software were released. Read the full story. I accidently allowed Adobe to install Adobe Application Manager. I want to uninstall it, but it's not in the list of programs in the control panel. The file location folder has no way of reinstalling the program or uninstalling it. Does anyone know what I can do or should I just go to a System restore point? I have noticed a lot of Adobe processes are running in the background at start up on an OS X 10.11.4 (15E65) machine with Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) installed. To get rid of this, I removed everything with '.adobe.' in the filename from the directories used by launchd, which are: /Library/LaunchAgents, /Library/LaunchAgents, /Library. Open task manager and end both Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service and Adobe Genuine Software Service, then delete the whole Adobe folder in Program Files and Common Files. Hope that works for you I just experienced the same thing. Sep 20, 2008 Download the file Adobe Genuine Services Disabler.zip. Double click on the downloaded Adobe Genuine Services Disabler.zip file. A folder named Adobe Genuine Services Disabler should be automatically created. Open it - there should be a file with a black screen icon.

From my understanding, it sounds you have a process on your Mac called AGMService showing in Activity Monitor, and seems to be using a fair amount of CPU power.
Typically, in order to remove a process, you’d need to remove the software that is running the process. To uninstall apps, check out: Install and uninstall apps from the internet or disc on Mac - Apple Support
You mentioned that through searching, you were able to determine that this is related to Adobe services. I’d recommend that you reach out to Adobe for assistance with this process at: Contact Customer Care
